IPG Paraffin Wax Pastillator
The IPG Paraffin Wax Pastillator is an industry-leading solution designed to transform molten paraffin wax into uniform, solid pastilles / pellets for easy handling, storage, and transport. Engineered with cutting-edge technology, this machine delivers seamless operations, making it indispensable for industries such as candle manufacturing, cosmetics, and food packaging. Whether you’re seeking efficiency in bulk processing or superior product quality, IPG’s Paraffin Wax Pastillator is tailored to meet your unique production needs.

Key Features and Technical Specifications
Unmatched Production Capacity: With models ranging from 100 to 1200 kg/h, this pastillator is built to handle operations of varying scales. For example, the AD-WP600 delivers capacities between 100-400 kg/h, while the AD-WP1500 supports outputs between 500-1200 kg/h, ensuring flexibility for both small-scale and industrial operations.
Perfect Pellets Every Time: Achieve dust-free, 5-8 mm hemispherical pellets with consistent shape and size. These uniform pellets not only simplify handling and storage but also enhance ease of dispensing and usage across various applications.
Advanced Steel Belt Cooling Technology: The incorporation of a moving steel belt and bottom water spray system ensures rapid cooling and solidification of molten paraffin wax. This innovative approach accelerates production while maintaining the integrity of each pellet.
Optimal Operating Temperature: Designed to handle paraffin wax with melting points between 40°C and 60°C, the system can maintain an operating temperature range of 60-120°C, making it adaptable for high-melt or specialty wax types.
Automated Excellence: Automated features reduce manual intervention, ensuring consistent pellet quality, enhancing operational safety, and minimizing downtime. This automation is perfect for modern industrial environments pursuing reliability and scalability.
Structural Components
Liquid Paraffin Wax Feed:Molten paraffin wax is pumped from a storage tank to the drop former via a heated jacket piping system. This ensures a continuous and efficient wax supply while retaining its optimal temperature for pastillation.
Pastillating Unit:The core of the unit features a Sharp Nozzle Patented drop former that evenly distributes wax drops across the steel belt. With a stator and a concentrically rotating outer shell, this design ensures precision in drop formation for perfectly shaped pastilles.
Advanced Cooling and Discharge System:A constant-speed steel belt works in harmony with bottom water spray technology to quickly cool and solidify wax droplets. At the end of the belt, a discharge knife gathers the cured pellets, directing them through chutes for packaging or additional processing.
