Equipment Composition

Our Tandem Line is a two-stage system engineered for precision and durability. The first stage features the SHJ/HT/MC co-rotating twin-screw compounding extruder, equipped with metering and cramming feeders for consistent material intake and advanced mixing. The second stage is an SJ-series single-screw extruder, designed for low-shear cooling and stabilization, ensuring optimal processing of heat-sensitive materials. Key components include:
